IMPORTANT - REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCESS

Please read the registration and payment process below before submitting the form.

Once you submit the registration form, no payment is completed immediately on this page.

Here is how the process works, step by step:

After you submit the form, you will receive an automatic email.
This email will include a PayPal payment of €100, which serves as a deposit to confirm your registration and reserve your spot at the International Singing Camp.
Only after the €100 deposit is paid, your registration is confirmed.
The remaining ticket amount (the total price minus the €100 deposit) will be handled in a second email, according to the payment option you selected:
- Full payment, or
- Installments (if available for your ticket)

👉 The €100 deposit is always deducted from the total ticket price.

⚠️ Please note: without the €100 deposit, the registration cannot be confirmed and the process cannot continue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- After submitting the registration fee, you have a 15-day window during which you can request a refund. However, once this period expires, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.

- Accommodation is provided in shared rooms with other International Singing Camp participants, in accordance with the community spirit and immersive nature of the Camp experience. Participants who prefer a private room must request it at the time of registration. Private rooms are subject to availability and require an additional supplement fee. The organization cannot guarantee private room accommodation for requests made after registration and reserves the right to assign room arrangements based on availability and logistical requirements.

- Please be aware that schedules and program details are subject to potential changes. Rest assured, our management is dedicated to upholding the quality and quantity of services promised at the time of your registration.
