• Registration and Payment Policies

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure a spot in the camp. Participants have a 15-day period after making this deposit during which they can withdraw and receive a full refund. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Payment Plans: A payment plan is available. However, once a payment installment has been made, it is non-refundable, as it confirms the participant’s spot, which the event planning relies on.

  • Early Bird Discounts: Early bird discounts are available on the website and may have varying expiration dates based on event planning needs.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Participants may withdraw within 15 days of paying the initial €200 deposit to receive a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued. However, participants will receive a credit equal to 20% of the total amount paid to date, which includes the initial €200 deposit and any installments made. This credit can be applied to the following year’s camp edition (only if the next edition is confirmed). The 20% credit is granted unconditionally.

• Health and Safety Protocols

  • COVID-19 Policy: The organization reserves the right to follow the current health regulations related to COVID-19 at the time of the event, which may include restrictions on participation. In the event of COVID-19 positivity that prevents participation, a full credit for the camp fee will be issued to be used for the following year’s edition.

  • Code of Conduct: As accommodations are shared, participants are expected to respect one another and maintain a civil and considerate environment. The use of drugs and any racist or offensive language is strictly prohibited. Violation of these standards may result in expulsion from the camp without refund.

• Program and Schedule Adjustments

  • Participants are encouraged to review the schedule in advance. The program is subject to changes, such as alterations in instructors or topics, if unforeseen circumstances arise. The organization commits to maintaining the same standard of quality in any adjustments made, but no refunds will be issued due to these changes.

• Liability and Health Insurance

  • In Italy, health insurance is not mandatory for participants, as public health services are accessible to all. However, participants are encouraged to check if their home country’s health insurance covers any medical expenses abroad. For added security, participants may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance based on personal preference and standard practices in their country.

  • Flight Cancellations: The camp is not responsible for any cancellations or delays of flights. Participants are therefore advised to purchase travel insurance that includes flight coverage, allowing them the option to rebook in case of a cancellation. Camp fees will not be refunded due to missed participation resulting from flight cancellations.

• Accommodation and Meal Policies

  • The camp offers several accommodation and meal options, which are outlined on the website and registration form. Participants should select the ticket option that includes their preferred number of meals. Accommodations are provided with all tickets except for the Daily Ticket.

  • Meals will be provided based on dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous) and health needs (allergies) as indicated in a questionnaire sent to each participant. If the questionnaire is not completed and returned, the organization is not liable for any dietary or health-related issues that may arise.

• Use of Images and Recordings

  • The "International Singing Camp" trademark is registered and may not be used to promote unauthorized photos or videos. Participants are encouraged to share audio and video material related to the camp on social media, tagging the camp if the content is not explicit or offensive in nature.

​

• Parental Consent and Minor Supervision

  • Participants aged 17 are allowed to attend the camp but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will assume full responsibility for them throughout the event.

​

• Companions

  • Companions who wish to enjoy the camp atmosphere, exclusive Italian locations, and venue amenities, but will not participate in classes, are welcome. Companions are subject to the same cancellation policies as regular participants.
