Sometimes our butterflies get the better of us and performance anxiety kicks in. There are many reasons why and they can be different for each of us - missing lyrics, that high note, not pleasing the audience enough... the list is endless.
Instead of fighting and resisting our anxiety, let's accept it and work with it. In this workshop, we will delve into the world of performance anxiety - learning about the different types and finding out ways how to overcome it and what works for each of us.
